PRAXIS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH RADIANT ENERGY |

| HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA – Praxis Communications announced today the completion of an agreement with Radiant Energy Systems, Inc. of Hawthorne NJ to provide strategic marketing communications planning and tactical implementation services to establish the company as a leader in thermal processes that support the paper, film and foil converting marketplace. A major part of the work will be to redesign the company’s web site to re-position the company as a solutions provider to the many vertical industries it serves. Praxis will also promote the company through deployment of advertising and public relations targeted to a wide range of vertical and horizontal business trade venues.
