Our highly creative, well-rounded marketing and interactive experts bring a mixed bag of experience to each account. Basically, we're just ordinary people working hard to get extraordinary results for our clients.
Alan Gladish is the owner and founder of Praxis Communications. Alan takes an active role as account supervisor for each of the agency's clients, and participates in strategic planning as well as project coordination among the agency's account managers. Prior to starting Praxis in 1979, Alan worked in a custom manufacturing environment, which contributed significantly to the rationale behind the agency's specialization in B2B clients.
In his spare time, Alan enjoys studying Spanish and discovering great new restaurants (preferably BYOBs) with his wife, Claudia.

Janet LoFurno is the agency's creative director. Janet joined Praxis as a senior art director in 1993. As the agency's creative director since 1997, Janet oversees the development of all of the agency's print and interactive work, participating frequently in client input and review sessions and in the development of strategic positioning work. Janet also possesses eight years of prior experience at other Philadelphia-area advertising agencies working on consumer-related and B2B accounts.
Outside of the office, Janet likes to spend time with her family or bury her nose in a good novel.

Ronnie Henrick is the Interactive Media Manager at Praxis Communications. Ronnie has responsibility for the management and production of client web sites, e-mail promotions, and other interactive tools including Web Analytics, search marketing and optimization implementation, and landing page/ conversion strategies. Ronnie coordinates with staff and associates in the development and deployment of custom Content Management Systems (CMS), databases, and advanced programming as needed to fulfill client web objectives.
Ronnie is an animal lover whose favorite past times are going to the movies and attending concerts.

James Blair is Director of Internet Marketing at Praxis. His focus is on increasing internet traffic and "conversions" by improving search engine optimization, effective incoming linking, and testing. He started working on search optimization in 2002 and has developed tactics for websites to attain primary ranking positions for their critical keywords. He believes that search marketing is a collaborative activity that requires participation of all marketing staff over a long period of time for optimum benefit. After years of work in B2B marketing, his finely tuned marketing philosophy is "we hookem, you cookem."
When not researching keyword rankings, James is a loquacious tennis player, intemperate reader, and he enjoys beating on his house with a hammer.
